Muriel Geraldine Borba – Former Tularean entered eternal life on December 13, 2015 in Palm Harbor, FL. Muriel Geraldine Morser was born January 17, 1930 on her grandparents’ farm west of Tulare. She was married to Manuel D. Borba. She was preceded in death by her husband Manuel, daughter Geraldine “Punky” Borba-Venables, brother William Riddle, brothers Frank and Fred Morser, sister Sharon Clark. She is survived by son Daniel Borba of Dunedin, FL, sister Anita Ware (Jim) of Salem, OR, sister Marjett Butler, Snead, FL, brother Harvey Morser (Sparks, NV), brother-in-law Oliver Borba (Lois), Tulare, CA , sister-in-law Ethel Borba, Tulare, CA, eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held on January 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 125 E. Pleasant Ave., Tulare, CA. Interment will be at the Tulare District Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Moss Feaster Funeral Home of Dunedin, FL. In lieu of flowers contributions would be appreciated to those who cared for in her final hours Suncoast Hospice, 164 West Lake Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
