Nedra Wolf Grussing's Obituary
Beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister Nedra (Sturdevant) Wolf- Grussing passed away September 3, 2015 peacefully. She is survived by her husband Dean Grussing and daughters Liza and Amanda Wolf, also by her mother Elizabeth (Betsey) Christ of Waterville, Ohio. Her brother Mark Sturdevant and sister Beth Sturdevant both in Ohio.  Sisters Molly Vierra in California and Jill Sturdevant in Largo.  She was a dedicated nurse at Morton Plant hospital until she became sick in 1991. She fought a long hard fight.
Nedra loved people, work and enjoyed spending time with her dog Maggie. She also enjoyed food, travel and scuba diving. With over 100 dives under her belt she enjoyed with her husband to Hawaii, the Caribbean, and various spots in Mexico, Belize and the Keys. Most of all she loved her family and her granddaughter Kendall who she loved being with.
Nedra was a lover of life, through its ups and downs. She was always strong and proud and stood her ground for what she believed and those she loved.
Nedra was loved by many. She will be deeply missed by all.
Nedra is proceeded in death by her father Robert Sturdevant. Brother Dan Sturdevant and Step-father Jack Christ. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to The First Presbyterian Church of Lakeland, her father-in-law’s place of worship, or your local ASPCA.
