Norma Portwood Fleming, 94, of Clearwater, FL passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 at home under hospice care. Norma was born August 3, 1929 in Winfield, MO to John and Veva (La Rue) Portwood. She is a US Navy veteran, serving during the Korean conflict. Norma is preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 2008 and 6 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Lynn F. Smith and son-in-law Gary; 2 brothers, Larry Portwood (Carol), Dennis Portwood (Gail) and a sister, Margaret Kielty. Services are pending.
