I came to know Pat through her daughter Teresa when James and Teresa married. We shared many family moments and milestones: children’s and grandchildren’s birthday parties, family barbeques, get-togethers and weddings.
Pat was a kind woman with a gentle smile, big hugs, a giving heart and deep love for her family. You could see how that love permeated throughout her calm conversations with her grand-daughters Sarah and Pam, and how she doted on Ian in his younger days. She exuded a palpable vitality and loved to be active, whether on the golf course or painting a mural. I will remember Pat with warm affection and fondness, and I am sure she will be greatly missed by family and friends.
