Pai was a miracle worker..she was our circulating nurse/Charge Nurse working with orthopedics (her LOVE) @ Clearwater Community Hospital . along with Dr Schuele Dr Tucke and Dr Barrett. .She made our/MY day!! she always offered support and positive feedback, before it was the thing to do!. I met Pat on my first day at the Knee Center in 1987. She amazed me then and continued to amaze me for the next 29 years. Pat was an innovative educator whose unique approach was a hallmark of the Knee Center. She initiated public arthritis seminars throughout central Florida attended by thousands of people over the years. She was strong-minded, a whirlwind of energy, charming, nurturing and always so full of good ideas that I affectionately called her The Idea Gerbil. Pat Kosiba was like no other. It was my privilege to call her a friend.

I truly loved Pat. I had the pleasure of working with Pat for 19 years. She was so sweet,caring and giving. She would always bring things in for my daughters that she didn't want anymore. She will be SO missed by all. HEAVEN truly received a new ANGEL.
