Patricia Ann List's Obituary
Patricia Ann List, 85, of Tampa, on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, passed away. Our most valued treasure has gone to Heaven. She was born June 4, 1936, in Tampa to Melvin B. and Ellamae Fisher.
Our beloved Patricia was a Tampa native. During her life she was a member of Palma Ceia United Methodist Church, Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club and Countryside Golf and Country Club. She was President and Owner of Hillsboro Box Company. Patricia was also past President of GFWC Tampa Woman’s Club, past President of Children’s Home Auxiliary and a member of The Krewe of Venus.
Her father and mother, brother Randall Carey, and nephew Charlie Carey, preceded her in death.
Patricia is survived by her four children Lydia A. List, Thomas David List (Melissa), Cheryl L. Rex (Mark), and Melvin B. List (Heather), grandchildren Tanya D. Tsoutsos, Heather Sauer, Sara Rex, Brandon Rex, and Carter List, great grandchildren Taylor, Adam, Lily-Mae, Noah, Mark, Noah, Emma, and Olivia. She is also survived by her long-time companion, Gerald Wiernik and her former spouse, Irvin List Jr.
Patricia loved her family. She loved the beach, dining out, playing bridge and traveling. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and many friends who loved her dearly.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 10th, at 1PM at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4202 E. Lake Ave Tampa, FL.
