Patsy Ann Blevens' Obituary
Patsy was born in Hazard County, Kentucky November 10, 1942. She died August 10, 2017. She was one of 13 children born to Corbett and Dessie Napier.
Patsy was loved by many and had a true servant's heart. She was a follower of Christ and loved her Lord.
She was a school bus driver in her early years, a nurses aide, then worked at Durkee Foods. Her favorite job was a granny to her grandchildren, great grand children and even close friends.
She is survived by her son James R. Miller (Angela), Her daughter Joy S. Viars (Shawn) grandchildren Jeffrey Viars (Shaela), Christie Souders (John) Kirsten Dunning (Ryan), Kelsey Viars (Obie), Justin Miller (Megan), Travis Miller. Justin and Robbie Few, Kendria Wallace (James) Ronnie Bata (Emilee) Great-grandchildren Brycen and Aubrey Viars, Madison, Sydni, and Jack Souders, Jake and Shiloh Wallace , Baylee, Kaelynn and Little Ronnie Bata. Preceded in death by great grandchildren Makinzee Miller and Benjamin Wallace.
Preceded in death by her Father Corbett Napier, Mother Dessie Napier, Brothers Hercus, Haemon, Denny, Sisters Jena Lea and Cindy. Surviving siblings include Heaton, Brad, Irene, Freda, Carol, Phyllis, and Lena.
Patsy was a wonderful mother, sister, wife, aunt and friend. She will truly be missed but we know she is walking the streets of gold with her family and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Knowing this, we have peace that we will be reunited someday!
There will be a Memorial Reception to honor her at the home of
