Penelope Lou Remming's Obituary
Penelope Lou Remming, née Murdock was born on December 11, 1940 in Rochester, NY to Fred L. and Marjorie C. Murdock née Mueller. She met the love of her life, Kenneth Remming, at her Sweet 16 party and they were married on February 27, 1960. They moved to Pinellas County shortly after, where they raised three daughters in a wonderful, love filled home. Penny was an only child so she always had open arms for anyone who needed a family. Her generosity and beautiful spirit are well known to all who met her. She also had a quirky and punny personality which was manifested in her huge collection of all things moose. She referred to her home as “the mooseuem” and it is filled with a large assortment of moose in every shape and form. Penny was a member of St. Cecilia’s parish for many years. She is pre-deceased by her parents and son-in-law Wayne Poorman. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 60 years. Her daughters; Gerilyn (Geri) Remming, Laura (Laurie) Poorman, and Jennifer (Jenny) Tremblay (Phil). Her grandchildren; Brandy Driscoll (Jay), Sara Kenny (Rick), Theresa Nye (Joe), Alan Poorman, Brad, Ken, and Natalie Tremblay. Her great-grandchildren; Kaleigh Driscoll, Wyatt Nye
