Philip Kenneth Barton, 79, of Palm Harbor, FL passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Mease Countryside Hospital. Being born in Clearwater, Philip was a proud Floridian. He served briefly in the US Marine Corp, was an avid reader, history buff and enjoyed sci-fi movies. Philip is preceded in death by his mom and step-dad, Corene and Bill Driver.
