I grew up on the same street as Phil. I’m just now finding out of his passing. We both grew up on Woodlynn Rd. I have fond memories of playing in Phil’s back yard. Like most early friendships, we all go our separate ways and lose track. Like every friend from Woodlynn Rd., we all grew up in the best community in the very best of times. Rest easy my friend. Condolences to the family.
