Raymond "Ray" Williams, Jr, 67, of Clearwater, FL passed away January 3, 2021. He was born in Indianapolis, IN August 27, 1953 to Raymond J. Williams, Sr and Margaret E. (Townsend) Williams. Ray was a member of the Nation of Islam, loved the beach and shopping. He is survived by his wife, Janice of 21 years; 2 sons, Jerry Manns, Raymond, III; a daughter, Heather Williams-Bankhead; his mother, Margaret E. Williams; 2 brothers, Larry Williams, Ronnie Williams; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
