Raymund Alexander Berry, 34, passed away on April 5th, 2023, in Clearwater, Florida. Raymund was born in Oceanside, California, on June 22nd, 1988, the son of Steven Alexander Berry and Yvonne Simmons-Berry.
Raymund is survived by his two children: Sa’Niah, 14 and Braylon, 5; his mother, Yvonne; brothers, Steven and Deuce; aunts, Tiffany, Janet, Margaret, Stella, Cathy and Evon; uncles, Ed, Ted and Sean; cousins Alex, Jonnie and Brandis; grandmothers, Betty Simmons and Mary Berry; maternal grandfather, Edward Simmons, Sr.; lifelong friends from Ocean Lakes Elementary, Corporate Landing Middle and Ocean Lakes High Schools in Virginia Beach, VA; close associates and comrades from Old Dominion, Norfolk State and Clemson Universities; and co-workers and colleagues at the University of Tampa and Bahama Breeze in Brandon, FL.
Raymund is preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Berry; father, Steven Alexander Berry; and sister, Miranda Chatman.
