Richard G. Chaput Sr's Obituary
Richard G. Chaput, Sr, 76, of Clearwater, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family January 26, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father, Leopold and mother, Beatrice (Blais) Chaput; brothers, Leo and Donald and sisters, Cecile, Annette and Pauline. Richard is survived by his spouse of 56 years, Carol (Dion) Chaput; son Richard G. Chaput and his wife, Anita of Goffstown and their children, Brittany and Michael; great-granddaughter, Brooklynne; son, Kenneth L. Chaput and longtime girlfriend, Theresa Rolfe of Franklin; his daughter, Ashley, son, Ryan and Great-grandchildren, Jace and Rui; and sisters, Lorraine of Merrimack, NH and Claudette of Navarre, FL.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and riding his Trike. He was also a handyman who loved to putter around and help others.
Richard worked 20 years for the City of Manchester NH where he retired from in 1986. Self employed at Chaput Paving in 1986 and retired in 2010. Many friends from NH and FL. There will be no services or calling hours.
