SEYMOUR, Richard Lee 82, of Clearwater, passed away March 15, 2018. Richard was born in Alexandria, Virginia to John and Elizabeth Lee Seymour. He is survived by his loving wife, Loretta, and his brother Roy P. Seymour of Greenville, Tennessee. Richard is preceded in death by his brothers Warren, Douglas, and Howard; and his sister, Ruby.
