I had the wonderful Pleasure of meeting Bob and his wonderful wife 32 years ago at Country Pizza in Clearwater. Bob will be missed by many people including me. Bob was a funny kind wonderful person. My condolences to The Brotherton family.
Bob and I worked together for many years at City Hall Dunedin. We shared many laughs over the years. He was a kind person with a fire for life. It seemed like he was into everything. He was great support to me when I lost my husband. He will be missed by many. Prayers for his family. Gone to soon my friend..
Bob has been a part of my life since I can remember. He married my sister BetteJane, becoming my brother in love. He and Jane gave our family 2 precious boys, Jim and Joe. After her death, he made sure to keep those boys in our lives even with the distance of several states away from each other. We were thrilled to welcome Jan into our family as she married into an already established family. Becoming an even greater family with Jeff and Amy. He loved his children and was always so proud of each of them. And of course, his grandchildren, were the brightest light in his life. Heaven is all the sweeter now. He’s telling my sister BetteJane of all Gods great blessings that was given to him.
I pray now for those who are left without him. Make your dad proud!
I love you all.... CoCo
Bob and his family lived a couple houses down from us in Knoxville, Tn. He and his family became my close friends. Bob was my Sunday school teacher, I use to hang out at their house. Bob taught me how to drive a straight shift using his black classic Mustang. I use to go fishing with Bob and I was with him when he caught his first fish, he had mounted. A smallmouth bass. We had a lot of fun. I thank the Lord for allowing our paths to cross. Bob and his family. They were a great influence on my life.
