Bob and friends at on top of the world had many good times at the pool room and the trop where Bob and l went to alot of games.l lost track of Bob when he left assisted living in Palm Harbor,since l wS not family did not know where he went.l can speak for Dr. ED WAY myself Tim Rush and may friends that he is missed dearly,he had a kind heart and was a caring person who enjoyed life to the fullest.Rest in peace,TimRush
Memories of growing up and being over at his house with his son, Tommy, and watching TV and flicking our bracelet - which Tommy and I had made from a chain style dog leash - and the channel would change. That’s before remote controls were common. So sorry to hear of his passing.

He was truly one of our best neighbors. We shared many summer evenings on our patio together. We missed him terrible after he moved to Florida even though we kept in touch.

I will miss calling Uncle Rob during college football and basketball season. We always had a great talk about the Mountaineers. Even though he moved to Florida, like they say, "Once a Mountaineer, Always a Mountaineer".
I also greatly enjoyed our discussions about my Dad. Rob and my Dad were very close brothers. Rob would tell me tales about my Dad that my Dad would not tell me himself. I will miss those great conversations Uncle Rob.
The good thing is that you and Dad are once again together. I just wish I could sit off to the side and listen as you both talk about baseball and events during World War II and the Civil War. As uncanny as it may seem you both had a passion for history and loved to read books on historical events. I'll have to say that that passion was past along.
