Ronald P. Dvojack's Obituary
Ron Dvojack, 79, went to his heavenly home on Thursday, April 15, 2021, but not without leaving his mark on this world. Tall, good-looking, and intellectually opinionated on almost any topic. He had an answer for everything and was usually right. Leading by example, he was a man that walked the walk, touching countless lives with his faith, generosity, and empathy. He was born in Chicago, IL on April 28, 1941 to Casey and Ann Dvojack. A hardworking man who’s first job was at age 9 at a beverage company. Prior to becoming an electrician, he served in the United States Air force. Ron worked on some of the buildings that are part of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. After retiring, he traded those brutal northern winters for southern Florida. He settled into a wonderful life attending mass every day, traveling the country in his RV, and enjoying the open waters of Lake Tarpon in his boat. He is survived by his brother James, his twin sons John (Trish) and Michael (Suzanne) and a daughter Susan. He had two grandsons Casey and Cody, and five granddaughters that loved him to the moon and back. He is also survived by his soulmate Janis Kay. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ron’s favorite charities and organizations would be greatly appreciated. They are the Usher Syndrome Coalition and St. Jude’s children’s hospital.
Memorial Service at St. Ignatius will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend in person.
