Our cherished Rosie found peace on the morning of July 15th at the remarkable age of 92, finding her eternal rest surrounded by the boundless love of her family and under the devoted care of her daughters.
A Journey of Grace and Adventure
RoseMarie entered this world on June 18th, 1933, in the vibrant heart of New York City, born to her loving parents Andrew Pedone and Isabelle Rendell. She blossomed in the excitingcity alongside her four sisters. She attended PS13 and later discovered her calling as an esthetician, a career she excelled at for over 50 years. With an adventurous spirit that would define her entire life, Rosie would travel both the country and to distant shores before ultimately finding her refuge in the golden warmth of Florida.
The Heart of Our Family
RoseMarie was the devoted and beloved wife of Charles Parras. Together, they created a legacy of love through their three cherished children: Guy, Andrea, and Wendie. Now reunited in Heaven's embrace with her Chalie and Guy, their eternal bond continues beyond this earthly realm. Her endless devotion effortlessly extended as a grandmother to Jason and Sarah, later blossoming into the joy of being a great-grandmother to two precious great-grandchildren who brought endless light to her final years.
A Spirit That Sparkled
RoseMarie possessed a rare combination of sharp wit, infectious humor, and unwavering faith that illuminated every room she entered. Her home was her sanctuary, where the door always remained open and her table could always welcome one more soul. Through her example, she taught us the delicate art of balancing humility with confidence, finding peace within strength, and embracing both duty and perseverance as pathways to a rewarding life.
An accomplished strategist at the card table, Rosie was always ready for a spirited game of Canasta, approaching each hand with the same enthusiasm she brought to life's countless challenges and puzzles. Her passion for intellectual stimulation and friendly competition remained a source of joy throughout her remarkable journey and forged family traditions.
