Rosemary Rivard's Obituary
Rivard, Rosemary 92 of Clearwater, born on August 11, 1921 in Detroit, Michigan. She continued her career as a banker, since she moved to Florida in 1981. A native of Detroit, Rosemary was a loving foster mother for 22 children through Catholic Social Services of Michigan. She continued her love for people and church by being a C.C.D. teacher both in Michigan and in Florida. She was a pioneer of St. Michaels Archangel church in Clearwater where she was a Eucharistic Minister. Her faith and service continued as she was heavily involved in the Cursillo movement and a member of Community Care of St. Michaels. Her most recent love involved joining the Father Solanus society for sainthood. Rosemary passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Sunday March 30, 2014. She is survived by three children, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation is Thursday April 3, 2014 at Moss Feaster, 1320 Main Street, Dunedin from 4-7. A church Service is set for Friday April 4, 2014 at 10 am at St. Michaels, 2281 FL 580, Clearwater. Final resting ceremony will immediately follow at Serenity Gardens, Largo.
