Ruth V. Gallant's Obituary
Ruth V. Gallant, 85, of Safety Harbor, FL, passed away peacefully December 30, 2016, after a short illness. She was born in Pawtucket, RI, September 7, 1931, daughter of the late Leonard and Irene Moreau. Ruth later lived in West Warwick, RI, as a homemaker and member of St. Joseph’s Church before moving to Safety Harbor, FL in 2001 where she attended Espiritu Santo Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Moreau and is survived by her son, Dennis Gallant of Westerly, RI; daughter and son-in-law Joyce and Robert Capaldo of Clearwater, FL; daughter-in-law Paula Bouchard of Westerly, RI; four grandchildren Andrew Gallant, Kerrie Gallant, Erin Bolaski and Christopher Capaldo; and two great-grandchildren Leo Gallant and Khale Bolaski. Our mom will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A memorial mass and burial will be held in West Warwick, RI at a date and time to be announced.
