I miss aunt Shirley so very much! I am lucky to have shared a life time of memories with her. She was like a mom to me and I could always count on her to have my best interest at heart. Our phones & in person visits for hours, listening to her advice, agreeing/disagreeing we always respected each others opinions, laughing, crying and everything in between will forever be in my heart.
1st favorite memory is the time Brenda and I flying to Tennessee for aunt Shirley’s 70th birthday to take her & Donna bar hopping (so much fun!). 2nd favorite memory is aunt Shirley and I getting kicked out of country line dancing class for slapping our leg and saying “hum digger” which lead to us laughing so hard, not being able to stop laughing and disrupting the class so much they asked us to get out. I grateful to have these wonderful cherished times.
