My mom was my best friend. We never went through the phase of me as a teenager not liking my mom. She was my confidant from early on and I was blessed to share almost everything about my life, thoughts, feelings and dreams with her. She was always the push behind me. So, so sorry to have lost another one of our traveling and camping, race chasing, companions. Our group traveled for years to the stock car races all over the Northeast and Canada every weekend. We all have retracted from tour racing, but the memories and highlights certainly of all of us will be carried on for ever.
