Thaddeus "Ted" A. Napp's Obituary
Ted NappApril 8, 1926 - December 31, 2011 Husband and devoted side-kick to Rose, good friend to all Dunedin, loving father. Always a willing man of good acts, Ted served long and well as President of the Dunedin Council of Organizations; Distinguished Rotarian; History Maker of the Dunedin Historical Society; inductee to the Senior Hall of Fame; member of the Dunedin Committee on Aging; liaison to the Dunedin Country Club. He was thrilled to be named, together with Rose, "Mr. and Mrs. Delightful Dunedin."He was the favorite Santa Claus in the Christmas Parade. And last but not least, he was a skillful and persistent arm-twister, especially for the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce. Ted's voice on the phone, his smile and strong hand-shake, his kind words and strong will, and most of all his footsteps throughout the city will be greatly missed. Dunedin lost two of its best friends in Ted and his Rosie and they will always be in our hearts, "side by side."Memorial Donations in Ted's Memory can be made to the Dunedin Youth Guild.
