Thomas A. Moran's Obituary
MORAN, Thomas A., 92, passed away on December 15, 2016 in Dunedin, Florida. Thomas served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He became a Lieutenant for the New York Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority and worked there for over twenty years. He was also a member of the Catholic Church and the American Legion. He moved to Dunedin from Lindenhurst, New York in 2008.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Nora; daughter, Linda Moran; siblings, Christopher, Andrew, Edward, Alice, and Ann.
He is survived by his children, Kathleen Filippone, Christopher Moran, Roger Moran, Ailene (Thomas) Murray, and Jeanne (Jerry) Hirth; six grandchildren, Heather, Lauren, Caitlin, Shannon, Thomas, and Darci; two great-grandchildren, Nicolas and Heath and sister, Agnes.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in the memory of Thomas A. Moran.
