I just learned of Tom's death today from a mutual friend. Tom and I shared an apartment for several years while working for Cousins Properties in the mid 70's. I had many a good time living and traveling together. Great pilot and friend! Have good memories of Tom and Stephen coming down to our farm in Dublin, Ga.

I just learned of Tom's passing today, from the Emory magazine and I am truly saddened. Tom was not only a Sigma Chi fraternity brother at Emory, but a true friend, who I admired immensely. While at Emory, I had a '56 VW beetle, and more than once Tom made repairs as needed, including dropping the engine to do a repair in the parking lot behind the Sig house. RIP, Tom! Tommy was the golden boy of Lake de Neveu, where several of us spent wonderful summers, boating, swimming and skiing. All the girls had a crush on "T.O." Our Moms, Grace and Nan, were close friends growing up. I'm very sorry for your loss.
