Thomas "Pat" Sanders' Obituary
Thomas (Pat) Sanders, 82, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2020. He is predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Dorothy (Dottie) Sanders, parents T.P. and Margaret Sanders and son-in-law Les. He is survived by his daughters Cari and Tobi, son-in-law Paul, and grandchildren Meredith, L.D., Ryan and Allie.
Pat was born in Salesville, Texas and later moved to Mineral Wells, Texas where he and Dottie started their family. He cultivated a highly successful 25-year career at Seagrams. In his retirement, he and Dottie worked together as realtors. He was an excellent athlete in his youth, excelling in both basketball and baseball. He enjoyed poker, golf, gardening, BBQ, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
Reserved, funny and thoughtful, Pat was a calming presence, believed strongly in hard work and was a dedicated family man. He was loved dearly by his family, who he spent much of his time with in his later years in Clearwater, Florida.
