Thomas S. Schlueter's Obituary
Thomas S. Schlueter, 91, of Clearwater, Florida passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21st, 2020. He was born to the late Albert & Eleanor (Traut) Schlueter on August 25th, 1928 in Cheviot, Ohio. During his life, Thomas worked for publishing companies as a lithographer. He and his family moved to Florida in the early 90's from the Cincinnati/Tri-State area. He was always known to be a true family man, and was always singing or cracking jokes. He was also a great story teller. In addition to his parents, Thomas is predeceased by his loving wife, Alvera, a son, Kenneth, brothers Elmer & Al, and sisters Delores, Jean, Ruth, Vernice, Marjory, and Lenore. He is survived by his sons, Thomas (Linda), Steven (Christine), Gregory (Donna), daughters Kathleen and Mary Ellen (Jordan), daughter-in-law Doris, sisters Marilyn & Geraldine and many many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at St. Cecelia's Catholic Church on Friday, August 28th from 10:00-10:30 AM with a funeral mass to follow at 10:30. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery after the funeral mass. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Thomas.
