My Dearest Daddy💔You’re not just amazing, strong , and a breed a different breed of person and stronger version that the norm .You convinced me because I was your daughter that not only was I strong & beautiful but that I was just like you & that scared him a little bit 😊 I know you giving me a laugh from up there in Heaven 🙏😅😘 My point is you instilled in me the following which by the way would drive me crazy and then I realized I had memorized it from hearing it so much lol Attitude is altitude & it’s mind over matter because what your mind can perceive you can achieve and there is no room for weakness in a world that’s full of strength. I miss hearing that heartwarming laugh accompanied by the most beautiful smile. You are loved and missed dearly ♥️💔🙏

I was privileged to have Victor as one of my oldest and dearest clients. I always looked forward to hearing from him and I am so glad that I got to see him again just a few days before his passing. Victor was a force, for sure. He had a huge heart for his friends and family. Just a super guy. He will be missed by many, and certainly by me. My sincere condolences to the Harberson family.

Victor; was my little brother, when ever I needed help he was always there for me.
The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear ? The LORD is the stronghold of my life of whom I shall be.My brother is now with his Lord and his mother.His suffering is now over. I love you Victor, till we meet again. I know when my time comes you and mom will be with Jesus waiting with open arms. You will always be in our hearts.Love always your sister

My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you all. May God wrap his love g arms around you and give you Peace and Comfort. Although you cannot see Victor or hear his voice he will be with you always everytime you think of him. This is not an ending for you will all be reunited in Heaven where there will be no sorrow or tears. Peace and joy will endure forever.
