Victor A. Ingraffia's Obituary
Victor Ingraffia,
88, of Hudson passed away January 3, 2019. He was born in New York City on October 2, 1930 to Rose and Nicholas Ingraffia. He served in the Navy from 1951-55 and spent much of that time aboard a Tank Landing Ship. (LST) After the Navy, he attended NYU and received a Bachelors in Business Administration.
He married Theresa Romanelli in 1960 and they settled in Staten Island, New York in 1965. There they raised 2 sons, Victor and Gary. He had a long career at the Department of the Treasury and retired in 1988, moving to Hudson less than a year later.
After Theresa had a debilitating stroke in 1988, he quietly took on the additional responsibilities this required until Theresa’s passing in 2016. They were married 56 years.
He is survived by his 2 loving sons, Victor and Gary, his granddaughter Jacqueline and his sister, Nancy.
He taught honor and responsibility, leading by example. We will miss his gentle good nature and especially his sense of humor. His contagious laugh would have everyone crying with laughter. We will miss him dearly.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 15th at 3pm and family will receive guests at 2pm, at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S. Belcher Rd. Clearwater, (727) 562-2070.
