Vic was a good guy, we shared Navy ‘war’ stories since we both served on tenders. Served on board of directors for DuPont credit union and got to know Kim. As we say in the Navy, may he have ‘fair winds and following seas’ on his journey.

Victor was a great person i had the privilege of working with him and Kim many stories,lunch with him and Ron M at the question Mark, also had the privilege of the Sunday dinners with his family, he was a great cook no one went away hungry he will be missed. My condolences to his family.

I'll always remember the cruise Ray and I went on together with Norm, Karen, Mike, Sylvia, Donna and Bill. So much fun, and I got introduced to so many different foods. He taught me lots about those.
