Virginia Faye Huettig's Obituary
Virginia Faye Huettig, 73, of Palm Harbor, FL, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the North Pinellas Suncoast Hospice Care Center. Born January 3, 1940, Virginia has lived in Palm Harbor her whole life. She graduated from Clearwater High School and married her late husband, Jack, in 1957. That same year, Virginia started working at Suntrust Bank, where she would eventually become an office manager and continued working there until her retirement in the late 1980s. Virginia was a member of Curlew United Methodist Church. Virginia lived her life to the fullest and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. In lieu of flowers, her family would like donations to be made in her name to Suncoast Hospice. Virginia is predeceased by her husband of 37 years, Jack Huettig. She is survived by her children: Donnie Huettig (Deena) of Dunedin, David Huettig (Patti) of Franklin, NC, and Debra Hurst (Michael) of Bell, FL; her grandchildren: Alisha Huettig, Matthew Hurst, Mark Hurst (Amanda), and Becky Huettig; and her great grandchildren Gracie Hurst and Wade Hurst. Visitation will be held on Saturday at 10am with service at 11am. Burial will follow at Old Curlew Cemetery.
