Wendy Irving Roffer, 77, of Clearwater, FL passed away on September 25th, 2021, at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. She was born on August 18th, 1944, in Providence, RI to the late Alfred James & Ruth (Riddell) Roffer. She is survived by her sister, Shellie (Robert) Herberich and cousin Lisa Brennan.
