William H. Corsini's Obituary
William H. Corsini was born in New York City on April 18, 1924. He married Amelia Andreoli in 1946 and they had four sons: William, James, Richard, and Michael. (Amelia died in January, 1987.) He married Linda Otto in April, 1988.
Bill was a WWII Veteran. After the war he worked for over 30 years for the federal government in Washington, DC, and lived in Westminster MD. After retirement he lived in Clearwater FL and then in nearby Dunedin.
While living in Maryland, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on his small farm. When he moved to Florida he bought a boat and took great pleasure in sailing it in Dunedin area waters with family and friends. He and Linda were active in the Focolare Movement and lived part of every year at its center, Mariapolis Luminosa, in Hyde Park NY. Bill designed and oversaw the construction of the chapel, dining hall, gym, and other buildings on the site.
William H. Corsini died on November 23, 2020. He will be remembered by all who knew him as a kind, caring man with a wonderful sense of humor and a gift of making those around him feel loved.
He is survived by his wife, his four sons and their wives, ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
