Rev William E Gorski's Obituary
Reverend William E. Gorski Lundell, Born September 2nd, 1950 in Chicago Illinois, passed away unexpectedly on February 10th, 2015. He was a graduate of Augustana College, Rock Island Illinois. Bill is a graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Bill was the Pastor of Christ the Lord Lutheran Church in Elgin IL, Missionary in Santiago Chile for 20 years, Pastor of the Good Shepard Lutheran Church. He Worked as Secretary and Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chile. He was a champion for Human Rights. He worked in the Committee for Peace in Santiago Chile for the time he resided in the country. He was a resident of Florida since 1996 involved in various business ventures always keeping an involvement with his local parish. He was a kind and gentle man. Bill loved his faith, family, and friends deeply. He could bring life to a party and in sad times he knew exactly what to say and do. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Lois Gorski and Brother Scott Gorski. He is survived by his wife Cynthia, daughters Amanda and Rebecca and granddaughters Isidora, Jade and Mackenzie. Sister Barbara Gorski, Brother Mark Gorski and family.
