William E Harper's Obituary
Harper, William E. 70 of Clearwater passed on February 24; 2015.William is survived by his wife Carolyn Harper for 50 years, his daughter Ann Harper, His Mother Ruby Lee, his brothers Earl, Gordon, and James. William is preceded in death by his son Johnnie and his sister Nettie Fauwset. Born in Zephyrhills, Florida on April 7, 1944 William served in the U.S. Army, he was a labor and handy man in the construction industry and did Landscaping in Clearwater later in Life. He will be dearly missed. A visitation will be held on Sunday March 1, 2015 from 1 to 2:30 pm with a service at 2:30 pm, Burial for William will be held on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11:30 am at the Clearwater Cemetery. www.mossfeasterclearwater.com
