William Dean Norton, "Billy", 32, of Largo, FL passed away Friday, October 18, 2019. Billy enjoyed playing cards, watching football and he volunteered at the Vincent House. He was preceded in death a brother, Devin and is survived by his parents, Kathleen and Dean; 2 brothers, David and Max; maternal grandfather, Robert; Aunt Teresa; Uncle David and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be scheduled in the near future.
