Working with Bill since 2012 was a true privilege. During our time together, especially during demanding project migrations, Bill’s tireless dedication was legendary; he would work alongside us until 2 AM, his constant, cheerful conversation keeping our spirits high through the night. More than just a brilliant technical "go-to" expert, he was a generous mentor who shared deep wisdom on both work and life. Bill was a rare soul who offered guidance and friendship in equal measure, and his presence will be profoundly missed by everyone he touched.

Bill was one of the first people who helped me find my footing when I arrived in the U.S. I didn’t understand how things worked, but he always had practical advice to share. From tips on getting the best deals at Disney and Universal to guidance on car and personal injury insurance, everything he shared came from real experience. One conversation about insurance stuck with me—it scared me enough that I increased my coverage the very next day. That was Bill: honest, generous, and always looking out for others. Let me first say I Love Bill, Venessa , William, and Venessa. What a family of kind people. I met Bill when he helped hire me on a Citi. Most of our time over the last seven years has been in the digital trenches deep in the belly of the Citigroup application swampland.

So there was this one time….. no can’t say that one. Well there was this other time when …. No no cannot say that one either. We had a lot of practice cussing at Citi, me more than Bill. Bill was always amazing me at how calm he was under fire. He often took things to the very end squeaking out the miracles like a boss. I will always be grateful for the mentorship and help Bill has given me over the years. His capacity to give help is only rivaled by his tremendous pride and love for his family.
