William R Polland's Obituary
POLLAND, William, 77 of Largo and Miami passed away peacefully on April 29, 2015. William was born on December 14, 1937 in New York, NY to parents Frank Polland and Gladys Thomas. William moved to Miami in 1965. While in Miami he was the pastor of Central Presbyterian Church, helping to build its congregation and community outreach. He worked as the Pastor Emeritus for 30 plus years. On his spare time he enjoyed boating, the church and spending time with his family. He is pre-deceased by his parents Frank Polland and Gladys Thomas. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Elizabeth ; son Cameron ; daughters Maria(Jim) Dorman, and Cristina Dacosta; and granddaughters Jaydn and Alexandra.
