Charles David Ross' Obituary
Charles (Chuck) David Ross, age 79, died peacefully at his assisted living home on December 2nd, 2020 after and courageous fight with Parkinson’s Disease.
Chuck will always be remembered as a family man, loving husband and a great provider for his family.
Chuck was very proud that he was the first in his family to go to college and receive a bachelor’s degree. Chuck had a long career with the Chrysler Corporation, which spanned 5 decades, as a corporate auditor and later a finance executive. Chuck and Karen will have celebrated their 57th Wedding anniversary at the end of December.
Chuck is survived by his wife Karen; His four Sons: Charles, Jr., Greg (Cathy), Kirk (Kim) and Paul; 9 grandchildren, Greg and Cathy: Tiffany Thomas (Vaughn), Baby Gregory (deceased) and Matthew; Kirk and Kim: Zachary, Alexis and Lydia; Paul: Karl, William and James; 2 Great Grandchildren: Tiffany (Vaughn): Rosie and Ana; and younger brother: Tony(Mary Ann). A visitation is planned for 10:00AM at church in the gathering room, a funeral Mass will be at St Jerome Catholic Church, 110895 Hamlin Blvd., Largo, FL 33774, at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, December 9th, 2020. There will be a gravesite burial service immediately following Mass at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 5233 118th Ave North, Clearwater, FL 33760. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in Chuck’s loving memory, to a Catholic School and Orphanage in Honduras where his granddaughter Tiffany worked for 2 years as a teacher and missionary.
