Charles E. Steer 94, of Clearwater Florida passed away on Monday April 25,2016. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 18, 1921. Charles spent his life as a Teacher in the Public School System. he moved here in 1995 from Long Beach Island, New Jersey. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Espirito Santo Church.
