Cheryl M Eaton's Obituary
EATON, Cheryl M. , 72 of Clearwater passed away peacefully on December 24, 2015. Cheryl was born on September 10, 1943 in Beech Grove, Indiana. She moved to Florida in 1970 with her husband, Richard. She was a faith filled member of St. Catherine of Siena of Clearwater. Cheryl was very involved in helping others and as a result she was a member of Pilgrims Peace Center and their mission work. She was involved in the group UpsideDowners , which provided activities for special needs children. She and Richard were Foster parents for many years. Cheryl's passions were going to the beach, socializing, spending time with family and caring for those in need.
She is predeceased by her parents Bernard Mattingly and Mary (Walters) Mattingly. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Richard; sons, Tommie and Jonathan; daughters , Renee, Kim(Stefano), Shannon(Carlo); brothers , Steve, Chris, Jerry and Robert ; sisters , Joan, Julie, and Terry; niece MaryBeth, and numerous other nephews and nieces ; grandchildren, Simon, Sophia, Joshua, Francesco, Gioia, AnnaLina, Tommaso, Emily and Cristiana.
A church service is planned for Thursday 12/31 at St. Catherine of Siena at 11 am at 1955 S. Belcher Rd. Clearwater, Fl 33764. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Comunita Cenacolo at www.hopereborn.org or Pilgrims Peace Center at www.pilgrimspeace.com
