David was a great friend for over 20 years, always upbeat and positive. This is the last photo of us grabbing a meal at a local favorite place. He touched the lives of so many people. He excelled at getting people together for tasks and higher causes greater than what they could hope to achieve on their own. His gift for building connections was legendary, one of the best I've seen. We met because of some local businesses that we owned, shared some ideas and laughs, and we ended up going out on his sailboat with some other friends. What a blast, what a guy. I'll sure miss calling him up to hang out at a local event or just to talk, I know so many of us will. I'm so thankful we crossed paths and had such a great friendship for years. I'll miss him and his consistently positive outlook at life, and all challenges for the rest of my days here. I love you brother, and I miss you already. A couple times in the past week I saw a local event and grabbed my phone to call, only to remember that was no longer an option. Thanks for all the memories and Rest in peace my friend.
