Donald A. Maley's Obituary
Donald “Don” Allen Maley, 73 passed away on August 27, 2019 at Mease Dunedin Hospital after a brave fight with COPD and Leukemia.
Don was born on February 23, 1946 to William and Trifina Maley in Anderson, Indiana. Don served his country in the U.S. Navy for six years. In his free time he loved Skiing, and being on the water on his boat. Don worked in Car Sales and Telecommunications after the Military which came easy to him due to his outgoing personality. He had many friends, he knew how to make people laugh even when occasionally not on purpose.When he was around there was always laughter. Don had a big heart, especially when it came to his Dogs; Blackie, Nala, and Margarita. Don is survived by his WIfe Renee’, who he met while working in Telecommunications who he married June 2nd, 2001. He is also survived by his Daughter Ashley, who may not have been his blood but he chose to love and raise her as his own. He also really loved food, especially Ashley’s Pierogies and Roast Beef sandwiches from Delko’s.
There will be a celebration of life at 2776 Cypress Dr. APT C, Clearwater, FL, 33763 at 6pm on September 7, 2019. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations to help with cremation costs be directed to Ashley Patterson P.O. Box 481 Union Bridge MD, 21791
