I have such fond memories of Mrs. Dora Koch. Her daughter Tina and I became friends in high school and I was a frequent visitor to Mr. and Mrs. Koch’s home in Pinellas Park. She was always so welcoming. One of my favorite memories was when the family was about to go on vacation and she’d invite several of Tina’s friends to have a dinner of “clean out the fridge and freezer”. She would make a lot of interesting dishes and we would sit around and eat well and visit and laugh. Mrs. Koch was a lovely lady and will be missed.

The very very best of neighbors !! Was difficult Losing Paul. He was a great guy and always bring me blueberry muffins. And also bring in the mail. He was like a relative. walked in the house and start playing with my cat. That was rough losing him. And now Dora. It is just too much losing them both . Dora kept on sending blueberry muffins even after Paul left. She didn’t come outside a lot but Would go to her window and we would wave at each other. And I could even go to her front door and if she was well enough she would come to the front door and we would visit. She is my very next-door neighbor and would watch and make sure that I was OK. It has been so many years I don’t know how many it is now and it’s going to be so hard to not see Dora waving from her window and sending muffins. God bless you Dora You are a beautiful neighbor ❤️
