I have wonderful memories of Dorothy Martin. I came into the family as a nephew‘s wife. Dorothy took me into the family like I was her precious niece… She always showed me such love and care. We shared some wonderful times together when Dorothy and Bill visited us in Seattle and we were always welcome with open arms when we would visit Clearwater. Dorothy had a way of making me feel special with her sparkling eyes and delightful smile. She always warmed my heart. Dorothy was one of the kindest people I have ever known and on top of it, she was so much fun! I will always miss Dorothy… Thank you Dorothy for your warmth and love and kindness to me. We had an experience with Dorothy in Sonthofen at Matthias's parents' house. Dorothy wanted to wash her hair in the shower. But her parents only had a bathtub. She couldn't understand that at all. Then she called me. Angie, "Could you please wash my hair?" We had so much fun doing it and laughed until we cried. I'll never forget it.
