Frances L. Shaw Stavros age 92, passed peacefully at her home February 4, 2017. She was born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She was the wife of Gus A. Stavros. They were married for 68 years and have resided in Pinellas Coun Read Obituary
I fondly remember Frances and Gus as our Sunday School teachers at St. Paul's Lutheran church in the 1960's. They were an inspiring couple and spent a great deal of time trying to encourage their high school students to stay involved with the church. My mother, Edna Hill, enjoyed the companionship of Frances in the Women of the Church group. I send condolences to all of her family.
