Geneva L. Tieman's Obituary
These are the wishes written by Geneva Leticia Tieman in her own word and hand.
Geneva Leticia Tieman, born in Artemis, KY died February 02, 2016.
I was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church and spent the younger part of my life on beloved carnivals and circuses. I also had the fine pleasure of working in radio, TV, movies and loved to be active on stage, and in theater or behind the scenes as a wardrobe mistress. I loved to stay busy working with my friends at the Francis Wilson Playhouse , Grace Community Players, the neighborhood association , the Sertoma Club and the Taste of Pinellas. I also enjoyed working with community projects like Paint Your Heart Out , Christmas Cheer and the local Red Hats. Through all of my busy schedule I stayed active and supported my husband with our automobile and real estate business.
Preceded in death by daughter Linda D. Wilson, adopted son Britton A. and grandsons Steven and Chris.
Survived by the love of my life Lawrence “Duke” Tieman, sons Michael and Carl and a lot of grand and great grandchildren whom I was blessed with. Especially, Geneva and Caleb who made the last years of my life much more pleasant. My last request is that my soul will go to God and my body be cremated and the remains placed in the lovely hallowed Grace Lutheran Garden.
I wish for a memorial service at the Grace Lutheran Church with friends and acquaintances to comfort my family I left behind, and rejoice that I am with the Lord and dear ones gone before me. I will wait with patience for more to join me in the Lord’s good time. Blessings on my family and all of the good friends I have encountered in my lifetime.
No flowers, contributions to be made to Grace Lutheran Church if you so wish.
Bye Now.
