Dear Patsy and Mary Jeanne, and other family members: Alfred was a dear friend (also cousin) of my dad as well as the rest of my family. His mom and dad were also friends of mine years ago. I remember he and Cynthia loving to go camping with the church crowd up near Brooksville at some huge lake with cows all around the lake. He loved teasing the other campers, think he and dad were guilty of keeping other campers up at night. Their son Buster was also a dear friend of our son, both having been born at the same time. I will always remember Alfred as being a steady church member, always there to work, whether at the fish fries of years ago when money was being raised for the new church or just simply being there when his presence was important. The first time I remember seeing him and Cynthia was when Patsy was a baby, how the years have passed. He will also be remembered for the work he did in keeping the Sutton reunions going. And Mary Jeanne when you encouraged me and Ed, he agreed with you, and those encouragements will always be remembered. God bless all of you, and remember a verse from the Bible: "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
