Joel Dean Jr.'s Obituary
Joel Dean, Jr., of Clearwater, passed away September 20, 2016. He was born at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater October 11, 1956. He retired from Pinellas County School Board as a Plant Operator. Joel graduated Largo High in 1975, was a member of American Legion Aux Post#2473, and was an avid tennis player, competing professionally. He is survived by his parents, Margaret & Joel Dean, Sr.; a brother, James (Pamela) Dean; a sister, Valrie Poindexter; a nephew, Nathan Thomas Dean; 2 nieces, Brittany Poindexter, Alycia Poindexter; and 1 great-nephew, Quinton Greenlee.
