Wacker, John Charles 80, of Clearwater, passed away April 23, 2017 surrounded by his family. John was born in Great Falls, Montana. He held both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in physics from Washington State University. Afte Read Obituary
I so wish I could have attended the funeral to honor such a remarkable man and friend. So many memories at Grace Lutheran of John, Kathy, kids and my late husband Rev. Doug Langholz. John was a true servant of Christ and will be missed by so many. Prayers of strength for all Wacker family and Grace members.

I've known John for several years going back to when he, his son Chris and I all played French horn in the Suncoast Symphony. I always admired his wit and friendly face. The one thing that will keep him in my thoughts is the fact that our birthdays were only one day apart. We often joked about this. John will truly be missed by his many, many friends and his wonderful family. My condolences to each of them. On every remaining birthday I have, John will be in my thoughts.
